THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER AND SUPERSEDES ANY PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS, ARRANGEMENTS, PROPOSALS OR UNDERTAKINGS, WRITTEN OR ORAL. BY MAKING PAYMENT AND BOOKING ART SESSIONS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ART HUB LDN’S TERMS.

When you book classes with Art Hub LDN you are signifying your agreement to the Terms and Conditions described below.

By purchasing classes online you are adhering to these terms and conditions.

 

When you submit a payment for your booking it will be considered as though you have agreed to and accepted the terms and conditions as described below.

 

Payments

Art Hub LDN Limited is registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at 52 High Street, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 5PW

The Company number is 14572735 and VAT registration number is 466222396.

 

• You will have received an email confirming your online painting.

• All deposits made are non-refundable.

• You may be eligible for a partial refund subject to the circumstances at the discretion of the Art Hub LDN.

 

 

Clothes and items

 

ART HUB LDN takes no responsibility for damage to clothes or the loss of items etc brought to classes.

 

It is your responsibility to ensure your children are dressed suitably for messy Art Sessions.

 

It is your responsibility to ensure your children have water with them at classes.

 

Photography

 

Unless stated otherwise in your individual forms, Art Hub LDN reserves the right to take photos of the sessions for social media, advertising purposes.

 

If you do not want photos taken please let me know.
