Service Description
The first open studio led by Denisa to create your choice of charmed resin items! Whether you are an adult or child this craft is for everyone! Spend a wonderful saturday in the warm and welcoming space pf The Art Hub! We are setting up the studio as resin & charm bar for you all to enjoy. Spend time searching through a selection of incredible resin charms to decorate one of many items! Choose from hairbrushes, pencil pots, sanitisers, picture frames and more in this open session! We have charms for every interest including sports, gaming, makeup, candy, and every other current trend you can think of! Items to choose from: Picture Frame, Sanitiser bottle, Shampoo Bottle, Hairbrush, or Pencil/makeup brush holder. (You will be ask to choose at check out. If you want to do a phone cover or iPad cover please let us know and we can try and source the correct size for you. (iPad covers will have an extra charge due to size) Our resin experts Denisa & Raysa will be on hand with all our specialised kit to create your dream item! Choose from a huge selection of incredible charms and glitter to make an original creation. Spots available: 10am - 11am 11am - 12noon 12noon - 1pm 1pm - 2pm 2pm - 3pm Extra items can be purchased in the studio and will be between £15 - £20 an item. Please also note that timings may be moved around depending on availability but will will let you know. Please also note children must be accompanies by an adult.

Cancellation Policy
This agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all previous agreements. By making payment and booking art sessions, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully and retain for reference. Art Hub LDN Terms and Conditions 2022 Art is for all: Kids & Adults Payments Art Hub LDN Limited is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14572735, VAT No. 466222396). Registered office: 52 High Street, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 5PW. Payment confirmation will be sent via email. Deposits are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be granted at Art Hub LDN’s discretion. Clothing & Personal Items Art Hub LDN is not responsible for damage to clothing or lost items. Please ensure children wear suitable attire for messy art sessions and bring water. Photography Unless otherwise stated, Art Hub LDN may take photos for social media and advertising. If you object, please inform us. Behaviour Policy Art Hub LDN reserves the right to send home any participant for misbehaviour. Party Terms Thank you for choosing Art Hub LDN for your party. Please note: Parties are 2 hours, with 15 minutes before and after for arrival and cleanup. Late departures incur a charge of £50 per 30 minutes. Please take all trash with you; we do not dispose of food waste. The studio is a creative space—paint stains! Avoid bringing good clothes. Follow instructions from party hosts; they are trained to manage the studio. Do not use equipment without permission. Unauthorised use may result in charges. Parties are designed for children aged 7+ (resin/spray paint parties for ages 9+). We cannot take responsibility for younger siblings but will provide colouring and stickers. Parents must supervise their own children. Parents may stay but should not interfere with event activities. Due to space constraints, only close family members should attend. Staff will assist with tidying up. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable once sessions are booked. To avoid additional charges, cancel at least 2 weeks in advance.
